Managing Director
Roscoe leads West Homes and is heavily involved in valuations, sales strategy and negotiation.
With strong local knowledge and a very hands-on approach, he works closely with sellers from the first conversation right through to completion.
He has a particular passion for property, presentation and making sure every home is positioned properly from the start.
Chloe Buchanan
Director
Chloe leads the marketing, brand and wider strategy behind West Homes.
From property launches and social media to local partnerships and growing the business, she focuses on making sure West Homes feels modern, distinctive and genuinely connected to the communities it works in.
She is also usually the one asking whether the photos, wording or advert could be better.
Dawn Drummond
Negotiator
Dawn works from our Killearn office and plays a key role in keeping sales moving.
From buyer enquiries and viewings to offers and ongoing negotiations, she is calm, organised and always focused on keeping everyone informed.
She knows the local market well and is a familiar point of contact for many of our buyers and sellers.
Claudine Cameron
Sales Advisor
Claudine is based in our Callander office and works closely with buyers and sellers across Callander, the Trossachs and surrounding areas.
She knows the local market extremely well and is involved throughout the sales process, from arranging viewings to handling offers and helping clients through to completion.
She is also the person most likely to be keeping a very close eye on a closing date.
Felicity Gillan
Sales Advisor + Trainee Valuer
Felicity is part of our Killearn team, working with buyers and sellers while also developing her role as a trainee valuer.
Friendly, approachable and always ready to help, she is often one of the first people you’ll speak to when contacting West Homes.
Alongside her day-to-day work in the office, she is building her experience in valuations and the local property market.
Molly Maynard
Sales Advisor
Molly works with our Killearn team and helps with enquiries, viewings and supporting buyers and sellers.
She is friendly, relaxed and great with clients, helping make the process feel straightforward from the moment people get in touch.
You’ll usually find her in the office on Fridays and Saturdays.
Colin West
Viewing Agent
Colin carries out viewings across many of the homes we represent.
He takes the time to get to know each property properly so he can answer questions, talk buyers through the home and give them a genuine feel for the area.
He is never short of conversation and always makes buyers feel welcome.
